Experienced & certified cloud expert with 20 years of experience in infrastructure and information technology project management. Currently leading a program management team charged with growing our data center and network capacity globally. Previously, I led teams and programs in AWS Global Data Center Infrastructure. I have been responsible for delivery of a $2B portfolio of capacity expansion projects. I have also managed data center projects for the AWS C2S (Commercial Cloud Services) Contract. Prior to joining AWS, led several technical teams in software and systems development for the US Army PM Biometrics, US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Defense Intelligence Agency, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, and Missile Defense Agency. Possess a B.A. in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University, an M.A. in National Security Studies from Georgetown University, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Virginia.
