About Keith Leech
Keith Leech Sr. retired in 2015 as the City of Sacramento\'s Fleet Manager and most recently in 2023 as Sacramento County\'s Fleet Division Chief. Both the City and County of Sacramento fleets were recognized nationally for implementing renewable fuels and innovative fleet technology projects driven by strategic business planning processes and data driven decisions. Both fleets were recognized as the #1 Green Fleet by NAFA and consistently recognized among the Leading Government Fleets by APWA and NAFA. Keith was inducted into the Public Fleet Hall of Fame in 2017 by Government Fleet Magazine and APWA and he received NAFA’s 2014 Fleet Excellence Awards for Excellence in Public Fleet Sustainability and Excellence in Fleet Leadership. Keith served as the President of the Sacramento Clean Cities Coalition for over 15 years and currently serves as the Co Director.
