ABOUT KEITH KRUT

I collaboratively create capabilities in data and analytics, strategic planning, and digital transformation, applied in Human Capital, Information Technology, Customer Experience, and Marketing. In practice, this has involved leading new-to-world teams at NASA, the National Gallery of Art, the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, and former research firm CEB, where I’ve led talent strategy, analytics, customer experience and digital transformation departments and cross-cutting initiatives. I have created more than half of the roles I’ve served in and have hired or managed hundreds of innovators. I’m drawn toward change and innovation, and driven by learning and mission. I focus on integrity, valuing individuals, and appreciating the unique dynamics of every team. My approach is often based on systems perspective and balance between adaptability and conviction, and has been developed by, and reflected in, a career across sectors and disciplines, in organizations at moments of transformational change. Similarly, informed by this wide-ranging experience, I help break down siloes and build partnerships.Outside of work, I volunteer to advance STEM education and have served in board leadership roles, and try to spend as much time as possible outdoors, exercising, reading, cooking, travelling, creating, and enjoying all of the above with my family.
