ABOUT KEITH KILLAM

I achieved my accreditation for appraising after completing an accelerated 40 hour class for General Personal Property Appraisal. I also successfully completed the (USPAP) Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices, which included 15 hours of intense training. Since completing these accreditation\'s, I have worked with Hanson and Young and most recently, Hansen Auction Group on several appraisals. Previous to this, there were several side jobs that I gained great knowledge from while working full-time at Pierce Manufacturing. The skills that I developed on these various jobs include, writing job bids, organizing and managing crews, ordering materials, billing, bookkeeping, people skills working with clients and I successfully participated on teams as both a leader and as a worker. My background skills include: Farming, crop and cattle, 20 years Painting, Thoma Industrial Coatings, 1 year Wood floor installation, Baseman Flooring, 1.5 years Electrician, Schommer Electric, 1 year Owner/general contractor, Enhancing Homes, 11 years I am highly motivated at completing tasks on promised schedules. I work hard to be sure that everything is done with excellence in craftsmanship and integrity. I have an aptitude for detail and work tirelessly to be sure all components of a project are done with accuracy. I look forward to using the knowledge from my wide background in the appraisal business.
