I have over Thirty years of data processing experience working on large scale mainframe systems, PC’s and other proprietary products in positions of increasing responsibilities. In my last position, I supported North America for Mainframe System Automation and Performance software in a pre-sales capacity. Previously, I have supervised a staff of up to 11 analysts responsible for restart/recover, System Support, Automation development, operations scheduling and on-line report viewing. My Senior Applications Architect duties included; System support, product administration, problem resolution in a multi site environment supporting over 30 systems. Development of automated solutions to eliminate manual interventions, project management for both internal and external processes related to the card processing environment. C2 authorized to access government IRS Systems supporting the IRS.
