Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of infrastructure, including servers, networks,and databases- Manage data processing pipeline conversion projects- Use a wide variety of InMoment platforms and tools for a variety of tasks including setting up workflows, viewing data and reviewing and updating queries- Set up development projects for the Text Analytics Team to use in the creation of new taxonomies and labels for clients- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service for our clients- Utilize database tools to access structured and unstructured data for taxonomy development and reports for clients- Oversee the set up of questions, surveys and workflows for clients- Manage the processing, reprocessing, and rebatching of data for clients- Develop and implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and models to extract insights from unstructured text data, such as customer feedback surveys, reviews, and social media comments- Utilize machine learning techniques to categorize, sentiment analyze, and derive actionable intelligence from textual data sources- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate text analysis capabilities into our various platforms, enhancing their ability to deliver value to our clients.
