Accomplishments include: ‣ Strategized and implemented Net Suite Accounting System, Tipalti Accounts Payable automation, and Adaptive Budgeting and Reporting in more than 25 businesses, automating all management and client reporting, and improving department efficiency with automation of transactional tasks. ‣ Built a dynamic budget template used in presentations to private equity partners generating over $100M in capital for the company. ‣ Analyzed new business opportunities, resulting in the company being awarded 7 new businesses and generated additional $7M in profit year over year. ‣ Implemented Paylocity Payroll Software, improving management event reporting, employee recruiting, and employee event scheduling.
