Underlying profit increased by 3.5% in \'23 and a further 2.0% in \'24, with consistency of results.Supported growth of the Division with 16% growth in \'24, and expect further in \'25 and beyond with several large wins. • Led Blueprint programme through Communication, Governance, Consultation, Selection and Training with a net reduction in 25 roles, and potential for further efficiencies, through standardisation.
