The work I do is rooted in purpose. I don’t just deliver projects. I help teams and clients solve the right problems at the right time in the smartest way possible. For over 20 years, I’ve worked across project management, product development, account leadership, and professional services with a focus on operational improvement, data analytics, and scalable success. I’m at my best when I’m helping teams uncover pain points, whether in a product, process, or technology, and turning those insights into thoughtful and lasting change. My favorite questions are simple but powerful. What are we solving for? Is this a need or a want? How do we move forward with clarity? I’ve led high-impact initiatives across SaaS, cybersecurity, workforce technology, and enterprise services, launching new products and guiding global Fortune 500 clients through complex transformations. I partner closely with cross-functional teams to connect the dots between vision and execution. I stay grounded in the work that matters, including outcomes, alignment, and honest communication. I believe being a change agent means knowing when to push, when to pause, and how to bring people with you. My goal is to make programs work better not just for the business but for the people doing the work every day. I am a Certified ScrumMaster and Lean Six Sigma trained. I’m passionate about process, people, and progress. I’m also a volleyball player, nature seeker, and always learning.
