After less than a year with the company I was promoted to National Sales Manager for the Cox Media\'s East Region in December 2024. In addition to taking on a larger geography for our everyday national business, I was also tasked with managing all the political sales. Today, my footprint includes Providence, RI, Norfolk, VA, Mobile AL/Pensacola FL, Macon GA as well as the Gainesville/Ocala FL markets. I am responsible for sales and execution of all linear and digital advertising across the East Region. My team consists of two national sales planners and five sales support team members across the five states. Since joining Cox Media I have implemented roughly a dozen process changes that have resulted in significant improvements across a variety of areas; including client communication, inventory management, sales of fixed programming/high profile sports and the execution of historical under delivery. As a result of the changes, we are providing both our partners and customers with an improved business experience. In addition, employee satisfaction amongst my team members has dramatically improved since I took on my role as National Sales Manager.
