About Keith Gray
Overseeing the South Houston and Galveston Service Areas are both challenging and rewarding. I am allowed to \"run\" the business of CenterPoint Energy according to our Core Values and with great support from both the employees I work with, and from our executives. Safety along with great customer service is the strength of our business and sometimes that takes not letting a process get in the way of good business. I\'ve been entrusted to build and maintain the distribution of electrical service to over customers from residential to industrial that encompasses 21 cities. That demands a lot of relationship building and maintaining to ensure I am trusted as a leader for CenterPoint Energy. The only way that can be accomplished is through help from the employees in this group. Employee development is crucial to building a strong team, and we have a strong team. Reliable service is the other crucial ingredient that is needed to be successful, and having a proactive plan for reliability with the support from our executives is necessary.
