As the lead for the finance data team my primary responsibility is to ensure that all of the finance departments data needs are met. This includes outputs from Qlik sense, Power BI, and our custom-designed portal, built using the Django platform. I am also tasked with improving our FP & A forecasts by integrating our extensive financial data and external data sources into machine learning models (Holt-Winters, ARIMA, XGBoost, RandomForest, and LSTM, as well as a custom algorithm designed by combining bootstrapping our historical data and Bayesian Inference).The data team is also currently transitioning over 150 highly used Qlik sense apps to Power BI. This data universe involves an intricate interplay between Google Big Query and Microsoft Fabric.
