ABOUT KEITH GIBB

I have extensive experience of working in customer facing areas, building internal and external relationships at all levels and enjoy meeting people as much as working with, or for, them.I like to be involved in successful projects, but get the biggest kick from seeing them go live & helping train and support people when they implement. I like the responsibility of helping people get the most out of the applications or services I am involved in.Specialties: I am flexible, adaptable, keen to learn, keen to deliver and can focus on tact and diplomacy as key tools for achieving results. Conflict and confrontation does not make for a positive environment. I believe in engagement and responsibility to bring out the best in people - I have excellent people skills and can gather information and data by utilising these to the best of my ability.
