Grew a team of IT professionals from 14 to 35 to support corporate initiatives and developed a supporting management team to balance the team needs. Worked with our leaders to implement the move to Agile across our organization with the goal of improving throughput, quality, and consistency. Our team has embraced the effort, the leaders are managing the process and helping team members perform ceremonies, improve their documentation, execute process more efficiently, and deliver on time more consistently. Maintained a focus of our team on architecturally solid design practices that are based on our foundation of an event-driven architecture. Regularly review with our development leaders our system designs and make sure they are educated in the models that we want to pursue as a organization. As part of this we have expanded our design and development standards to focus on all aspects of system design, including the ability support an application consistently once it goes live. Early in my tenure our team struggled to consistently plan and execute testing processes that prevent issues from leaking into production. In 2021 we began a growth plan for the team to expand our process for more rigorous and automated testing. After a year of execution we have seen significant improvement in the consistency and quality of test development as well as execution. Our projects have had consistently high quality ratings after this initiative was implemented. One of the company focus points is making the environment a great place to work. Toward this goal I\'ve guided our leadership team and select team members to engage in planning and executing regular activities that help build team camaraderie including events every other week, quarterly whole team events, and regular feedback sessions with our team members. This has been difficult in a fully remote environment, but it is resulted in improved survey scores.
