Hello! I specialize in intellectual property law. I advise individuals, entrepreneurs, start-ups, companies large and small, artists, authors and others on copyright, patent and trademark protection in the U.S. and worldwide. I love working with a broad section of creative people, from engineers to screenwriters and from inventors to fashion designers. As we increasingly connect and transact in an instantaneous and global scale, Intellectual Property and the proper protection of it will increasingly be a key aspect of economic development and progress. As such my focus includes international protection, management of global trademark portfolios, licensing and litigation.
