ABOUT KEITH FRASER
As a chair and leader of various national organisations and companies, I bring a wealth of expertise in policy, strategy and relationship development. I am also an experienced non-executive director. My career has seen me operate at the highest levels within some of the most complex organisations in policing, local government, devolved governments, and throughout the UK Government.My experience lies in driving change, in challenging environments, rigorously evaluating operational performance, and serving as an ambassador at the highest levels. I am dedicated to championing inclusion and equity across a broad spectrum of issues. As a fiercely independent leader, I rely on evidence and values to guide my decisions, always acting with integrity to inspire trust and collaboration.
