I am responsible for the Aspire School Apprenticeship and Training programme which provides training and development in the education sector. Aspire support primary and secondary schools to recruit, utilise and develop apprentices into a variety of job roles including:• Teaching Assistant• PE Technician• Learning Support Assistant• Learning Support Assistant• Behaviour Support Assistant• Learning Mentor• Office Assistant• Reception Assistant• Business Administration Support• Any Management rolesIn addition, I support schools to access fully funded training and professional qualifications for current school support staff. All training and professional qualifications come at NO COST to the school/employer or staff member. These FREE qualifications include the following:• Level 3 Teaching Assistant• Level 3 Physical Education Teaching Assistant• Level 2/3 Customer Service• Level 2/3 Business Administration• Level 3, 4 and 5 Management We are passionate about providing a learning experience that is much more than simply delivering a qualification. ABOUT KEITH ELLISON
The vast majority of my experience and my current day to day responsibilities involve engaging within the education sector, in particular with primary and secondary schools, special schools, further education establishments and other youth organisations. In addition, I also support Aspire in engaging with big brand employers, including in the corporate and leisure sectors.My motivation comes from personal experience of wanting to make a difference to the lives of people, nurture talent, create meaningful opportunities and aspire people to maximise their full potential through education and training.Aspire Education currently holds ‘Beacon’ status for excellence and innovation and is recognised as Grade 1, OUTSTANDING by Ofsted. All of our services are completely free and come at no cost to the School/company or staff member. In addition, you may be eligible for a government grant of £1,500 (and that’s per person).The Aspire school training programme supports schools to employ Apprentices in a variety of support roles and also enables schools to access fully funded professional qualifications for current school support staff. All training and professional qualifications come at NO COST to the school/employer or staff member. I aim to provide the next generation of high quality Teaching Assistants, PE Technicians, Business Administration Assistants and School Managers to feed the demand for qualified professionals through the delivery of high quality, Level 2, 3, 4 and 5 training and professional qualifications.
