About Keith Einstein
I am an entrepreneur with a love for product, data, and technology. Since graduating the University of Maryland with a Bachelors Degree in Economics, I have founded two companies focused on bringing about innovation in the restaurant industry. My first company was GrabMyGrub, a restaurant delivery service based in Commack, New York. The goal here was simple, aggregate resources and distribute them efficiently in order to make the economics of restaurant delivery applicable to restaurants who otherwise were unable to offer delivery to their customers. I partnered with over 100 local restaurants, built a team of 30+ talented individuals and successfully delivered 10\'s of thousands of orders. GrabMyGrub was successfully acquired in 2017. In 2015, it became clear to me that independently-owned restaurants were missing out on a large opportunity that national chains had begun implementing across the board, an e-commerce strategy. In early 2016, I founded Servd, a SaaS e-commerce platform that provides independently-owned restaurants with all of the modern tools necessary to compete in today\'s world. Our goal is to help even the playing field by providing independently-owned restaurants access to the same technology as major national chains for a low monthly subscription.
