ABOUT KEITH DUBANEVICH
I strive to efficiently and effectively address my client\'s issues, whether in court, in arbitration or by negotiation. My goals are always parallel with my client\'s goals: they want a prompt and satisfactory conclusion to their case or project. My practice focuses on commercial litigation and healthcare transactions and disputes. I enjoy trying cases to a jury but I also recognize that not every case should go to court. I also strive to find an efficient way to get my clients what they want. I\'ve had the pleasure of working on a wide variety of complex and varied matters, ranging from real estate disputes to numerous cases for healthcare providers. I handle cases both here in Oregon and in state and federal courts around the country.
