A transformational senior business leader with both domestic and international multi-industry experience in construction, infrastructure, technology, support services and distribution.I have significant experience in leading organisations through change management and strategic acquisitions in order to enhance trading profit and return on sales. I have led several turn around projects and have a history of driving growth and improvements in both financial and operating performance across a range of industries.I am currently the Managing Director of Wolseley UK\'s Plumbing and Heating division with c450 branches nationwide and including newly acquired businesses DHS (Channel Islands), Neville Lumb and Ideal Bathrooms. Prior to joining Wolseley UK, I was Managing Director of Interserve’s £440 million support services group. Initially recruited to manage the industrial sector which included agri- chemical, petro-chemical and nuclear energy services, I moved on to recover and grow the local and central government offering which provided services both domestically and internationally. Between 2002 and 2008 I was a European Regional Director for Johnson Controls. Recruited as a Channel Sales Director, I moved to become GM for the UK before taking on the role of European Regional Director for the Nordics, Baltics, Benelux which additionally included import and export responsibility for the Middle East.
