As CEO & Founder of FoodServe, I lead the vision, strategy, and growth of a fast-scaling technology and marketing company that empowers takeaways across the UK & Ireland.My role covers: • Product Innovation – driving the development of takeawayOS, our complete operating system for takeaways, covering online ordering, kiosks, POS, payments, marketing, inventory and profit management. • Partnerships & Growth – building relationships with takeaway owners, suppliers, and industry partners to help local food businesses reduce reliance on third-party platforms and grow on their own terms. • Sales & Marketing Leadership – creating campaigns and strategies that connect takeaways with customers, using digital marketing, influencer content, and data-driven tools. • Team Building – growing and leading a passionate team across technology, customer success, and creative marketing to deliver world-class solutions at scale. • Financial & Strategic Management – overseeing investment, scaling operations, and driving FoodServe’s expansion into new markets across Ireland, the UK, and beyond.In short, I’m responsible for steering FoodServe’s mission: helping takeaways grow smarter, increase margins, and operate more efficiently with the right mix of technology and marketing.
