ABOUT ME: • Married to Susan for 20 years • Non Smoker and in good health • Originally from Manchester however actually see Oxfordshire and more especially to the town of Wallingford as my spiritual home after living there for much of the 1990s. SKILLS: • Estimating Tendering and Specifying • Sales and Marketing • Surveying and design • Project Management • Producing Method Statement and Risk Assessments • Health and Safety • Quality Assurance OBJECTIVE: My personal motivation is to strive to provide financial security for my family now and in the future. To that end I endeavour to work hard in all tasks. I believe I have good problem solving skills and these are particularly suited to dealing with typical construction contracts in cost estimating designing and project management covering wide variety of industrial commercial and fire equipment including curtain walling fenestration systems, automatic entrance doors and industrial shutter systems.
