I have been in various roles throughout my career in the IT industry. Most recently as a Solution Architect creating optimized solutions for customers. These solutions would include everything from storage to servers with automation and virtualization to make it all work seamlessly together.I\'ve also done traditional pre-sales SE type work. Including translating customer requirements into product solutions; Presenting product and strategic information to anyone from individual contributors to C-Level executives; Demonstrating product capabilities; Resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary.I typically become the customer\'s Trusted Advisor because I demonstrate a total understanding of the technology at hand, and always advise them in ways that best suits their needs.Before acting in a pre-sales roles, I did consulting work.
