Experienced in reporting within executive governance structures and leading cross-functional integration efforts at EVP and board-adjacent levels.Over the course of my career, I have built and led enterprise IT organizations spanning upstream, refining, renewables, and major capital projects — with accountability for digital strategy, capital governance, M&A integration, and operating model transformation in complex, regulated environments.As Chief Information Officer of Tengizchevroil, one of the world’s largest oil and gas developments, I led enterprise IT, OT, and digital strategy, delivering ~$250MM in incremental annual value through advanced capabilities including AutoML, Private LTE, Digital Twin technologies, and cloud modernization.At Chevron, I served as Interim CIO for the $7.6B PDC Energy acquisition, accountable for enterprise IT and OT integration strategy and governance.
