I chair both the ESC Technical Review Board and Requirements Review Board, overseeing the evaluation and alignment of all major IT projects across the organization.My role bridges strategy and execution—supporting program directors with expert guidance on IT capital planning, architecture development, and mission alignment. I author the ESC Emerging Technology White Papers to drive forward-thinking investment decisions and ensure our technology roadmap stays adaptive and efficient.I also serve as the primary coordinator for all ESC Oracle licenses, ensuring enterprise compliance and value. My focus is on enabling a well-governed, future-ready IT environment that empowers the ESC’s mission and operational excellence.
