I\'ve had many titles over the years, but the one I cherish most was never a formal title: teacher. I believe that my greatest contribution to the colleagues I support is to take all that I am, all that I\'ve learned, all that I\'ve experienced, and transform it into meaningful leadership practices that serve as a role model for others. I did not become a leader by default; it was by design. I choose to lead and I accept the enormous responsibility that comes with that choice. Who I am today is a reflection of a lifetime of choices that were grounded first and foremost in my personal values and a clear understanding of my true North. Integrity, commitment, accountability, empathy - these are the things that matter most to me and on which I will not compromise.

We provide licensed support for clients buying and selling homes, as well as a diverse set of services, including scheduling home tours for clients, matching clients to the best Agent for their needs, and Listing Photography services. At Redfin, our goal is simple - redefine the real estate industry in the consumers favor. Whether it\'s our team of expert Agents, our industry best technology on Redfin.com, or our support organization behind the scenes, we are all singularly focused on creating a home buying and selling experience that truly places our customers at the heart of everything we do.
