I am a business incentive specialist who can help businesses fund internal training programs and reduce their tax burdens. I am the President of Propel Consulting Group and we help a wide range of clients, small and large, who have a desire to train their employees and minimize tax liabilities. My objective is to provide noninvasive services that limit my clients operating costs and increase their profitability. Our services include- Employment Training Panel Reimbursements; The State of California offers reimbursements for worker training. We\'ll help cut through the red-tape, prepare the grant proposal, and administer the ETP agreement- Work Opportunity Tax Credits; The IRS allows for a credit against federal income taxes for hiring of targeted individuals. We guide you through the process, handle all of the forms and filings, as well as obtaining certification and credit calculations- Cost Segregation Studies; This is a tool which allows accelerated depreciation (deferred taxes) for commercial and residential rental property owners- Other services include; R&D tax credit studies, Energy Incentives, Property Tax Reviews, and Fixed Asset Tax Reviews.
