About Keith Bowman
Structural Engineer with nearly 30 years of experience with residential, themed entertainment, historic theaters, fall protection, multi-story office buildings, wastewater treatment facility infrastructure and energy production and transmission facilities. I have been involved with Code inspections for residential construction, assessments of existing structures, and the design of new structures constructed of all types of materials from wood to steel, concrete, aluminum, cold formed metal studs, and more. Currently licensed as a PE in CT, FL, AL, MS, TN, GA, and NC.

Specialty Inspectors provides support to some of the largest home builders in the county who develop communities in central Florida. We offer quality assurance inspections (i.e, Third-Party Inspections) which consist of verifying that various stages of construction have been completed in accordance with the design plans, soil compaction testing, Municipal Code Plan Reviews and Inspections in accordance with Florida\'s Private Provider laws, energy modeling and inspections (i.e, HERS, Energy Star, Blower Door and Duct Leakage, FGBC, Florida Waterstar, and QC checks). In addition, we perform remote Code inspections for many trade contractors in the roofing, solar, window/door, and HVAC trades.
