As a Senior Engineering Director at Wells Fargo, I led the Distributed Compute organization (Hardware, Virtualization, Operating Systems, and Automation), where I led the initiatives to improve the quality and consistency of compute offerings. Most recently, I have defined the go-forward five-year vision to deliver a modern IaaS/PaaS experience by leveraging an Infrastructure-as-Data approach to delivery Golden Path offerings to standardize offerings and reduce cognitive-load for the developers. At JPMorgan Chase, I served as the Senior Engineering Director that spearheaded the launch of a new Infrastructure-as-a-Service offering designed to modernize the firm\'s compute platform. Prior to this, I held a similar role at Bank of America, where I led a software and automation engineering team in developing a state-of-the-art private cloud solution. I honed my technical expertise through a decade-long tenure at Goldman Sachs, culminating in my promotion to Global Head of Observability.

   Recruited to serve as the Executive Engineer to drive the modernization and automation effort to simplify and modernize the developer experience for consuming the on-premise Hosting Platform. Additionally, evolving engineering practices with an agile mindset providing technical leadership and innovation by evangelizing with partner teams such as cyber security, operations, observability, and architecture.NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Delivered a Modern IaaS/PaaS Experience by leading the design and engineering for a highly available and scalable IaaS/PaaS fleet management control plane for core infrastructure services. The solution drives an API and Infra-as-Code approach, enabling observability with Splunk and Grafana, integration with Harness for Pipeline, and standardization with pre-defined Blueprints via Terraform.
