About Keith Bajura
My name is Keith Bajura and I am a well-rounded and extremely hands-on Business Intelligence Manager. I am known as a creative problem solver and love to tackle complex problems. Being a very inquisitive person, I am always pushing myself to learn new skills or technologies. I often go one step further and get certified in a new skill to show myself and others that I am serious about keeping up to date with the latest technology. Throughout my career, I have switched between the content creator and the manager, but I find I am most happy bridging that gap as a manager who is also very hands-on and working right next to my team. From the diverse roles I have held, you are not only getting a developer but also a very seasoned project manager, risk manager, and people manager as well. In my previous roles, I have saved my employers tens of thousands of dollars by eliminating the need to outsource major work such as software upgrades as well as net new development work. At both Novella Clinical and IEM, I personally led the effort to upgrade the company’s ERP system, Time and Expense System, and Reporting system. Not only did I develop and execute the project plan to do this, but I also did the very technical work myself. At RTI, after taking on the role, I also quickly eliminated the reliance on 3rd party contractors when I was able to bring my team and myself up to speed on the development work removing the need to continue to use the contractor. Many times throughout my career, I have taken processes that were very labor intensive and repetitive and automated and streamlined them to take only a fraction of the time as it did previously. For example, in my BI Manager at RTI, I revised the deployment process which took over 2 hours and increasing to take less than 2 minutes. I would consider myself a born leader. Even if I am not in the leadership position for a project or task, somehow that role is delegated to me. I think that is because of my take charge and can-do attitude. I don’t like to just stand by and watch things. I like to participate and that has served me well over the years. Others on the team see that and usually rally around me and begin to support the decisions I make, In my next role, I am also looking for a manager or director-level position where I can use my 20 years of experience to help the company improve where needed and excel in other areas. I am hoping that this opportunity is with your company, and I look forward to sharing my skills and experience with you.
