As VP of Engineering, I lead the Enablement domain which spans Platform Engineering, Data Enablement, Machine Learning Engineering, and Security Engineering, each focused on building internal platforms and services that improve how engineers, data scientists, and analysts build, deploy, and operate high-quality software at scale. We provide the foundations for cloud infrastructure, developer experience, machine learning, data platforms, and security engineering.Over the past few years, I’ve built and scaled multiple enablement teams from scratch—defining their missions, hiring world-class talent, and creating a culture of ownership, autonomy, and continuous improvement. Whether it\'s through robust CI/CD pipelines, secure-by-default infrastructure, or our AI-powered developer tools, our goal is to remove friction and help teams ship with confidence.We operate with strong product thinking, deep technical expertise, and a relentless focus on impact.
