I’ve spent my career in high risk, high consequence environments where culture is not theoretical, it determines outcomes. Most organizations don’t have a safety problem; they have a leadership reset opportunity. Working where People, Systems, and Equipment meet, I help teams build cultures where people can be curious, speak up early, solve problems together, while executing at a high standard without sacrificing integrity.Psychological safety is not soft, and accountability is not fear or punishment.
