Devise strategic plan to escalate organization from a simple long-term skilled nursing facility into a market-driven array of senior healthcare services, responsible for operations, P&L management, institutional advancement, quality management, long-range vision and Board of Directors relations. Spearhead the design, analysis and implementation of a strategic plan for recurrent development, with Board of Directors’ support, relying on four pillars of visionary measures:1. Advance institutional expansion with Centers of Excellence, supported by statutory legislation, earning recognition as a teaching senior care facility, attracting regional, state and national recognition with best practices. Legislative approval for unique designation in cannabis therapy, achieved go-ahead for increasing patient ratio, resulting in improved quality of life for private pay residents in partnership with Kessler Family Foundation.2. Achieve financial viability of ancillary services that meet aging senior market demand and complement organizational expansion. Introduce use of CRM (salesforce.com) across entire organization for improved identification of top-line revenue opportunities. Extend senior care model to include adult day care services, reduce operational expense via partnerships with community-based synagogues facilities.3. Broaden senior services with off-premise programs like PACE, hospice, home health agencies, and offer educational programs within 55+ senior gated communities.4. Improve brand visibility with a long-range marketing and public relations plan to nurture relationships within county, region and nation to attract strategic partners and brand recognition.5. Encourage workforce retention amidst rapid growth of campus expansion from 10 to 50+ acres by Learning and Development and Wellness programs, adjust pay scale above market rates and increase employee recognition awards with a purposeful family-oriented workforce culture.

Being at the helm of a nationally recognized organization is an honor and privilege. Our full spectrum of exemplary health care, housing, and supportive services provides for Palm Beach County’s older adult Community including Holocaust Survivors who are living in poverty. MorseLife Health System is the lifeline for more than 3,600+ older adults in our community every day. We are the premier leader in the market by responding to our seniors’ every need with high-quality care and innovative technology to be on the cutting edge of healthcare and hospitality. Without the exceptional and committed staff of 2,500+ who dedicate more than 100% effort to put “life” into “MorseLife,” we wouldn’t succeed at our mission to take care of our aging community members. I am dedicated to offering exceptional care daily to every one of our on-campus residents and the seniors in the community. My favorite endeavors are working with state legislators to effect positive change for senior care organizations. Also, essential to our mission is fundraising to advance our institution and cover $8MM in indigent care annually. MorseLife leaders consistently exceed expectations and deliver the best health care, housing, and supportive services because I empower my team to excel. Each board member contributes their requisite expertise from different industries and is passionately committed to advancing our senior services offerings. With our quest for excellence in everything we do, our milestones include: • As a visionary leader for 15+ years, we have grown services on and off-campus • Joseph L. Morse is the only teaching nursing home in Florida, specialized rehabilitation programs to speed patients’ transition home • MorseLife is the only senior care organization in Florida authorized to offer Cannabinoid-Based Treatments • The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is growing exponentially. It is attractive to nursing home eligible seniors who qualify for Medicare and Medicaid but wish to maximize their independence and remain in their homes • Awarded the Governor’s Gold Seal for Long Term Care Excellence Award for the past ten years • 800+ on-campus residents and growing • 2,800+ home-based community clients and expanding • Founded upon Jewish values, but non-denominational health care services for all We remain committed to being the top in our industry through our ever-expanding service offerings and our constant focus on quality, enabling our residents to enjoy their lives through compassionate care. k••••••••@gmail.com
