About Keita Nadalin
I am currently a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Shield AI. At Shield, I have gained a wide variety of experience in electromechanical design engineering spanning PCBA design and electronics packaging, high power battery pack design, propulsion peripherals design, and much more. Through my projects I have demonstrated a rigorous engineering process rooted in first principles, creating high quality designs that also consider reliability, cost, and DFM/DFA. In the past, I graduated from UCLA summa cum laude with a bachelors in mechanical engineering. While in college, I interned at both NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and General Atomics\' Electromagnetic Systems. I have advanced experience with Siemens NX modeling, Solidworks, ANSYS/Autodesk Fusion/Solidworks Simulation (fluids, static, modal analysis). I also have MATLAB, Abaqus, Teamcenter/ Windchill PDM experience.
