I’ve always been driven by a passion for helping people perform at their best — whether that’s athletes on the field, healthcare providers in their practices, or teams looking to build stronger connections.After earning my Master’s in Sport & Performance Psychology, I worked with athletes in over 15 countries, building mental performance programs focused on confidence, resilience, and growth. I loved collaborating with coaches and medical professionals to support athletes not just in sport, but in life.That passion for people and performance eventually led me into sales, where I built strong client relationships and helped organizations find solutions that truly support their teams.Today, I bring that same mindset to my role as Client Experience Sales Manager at Fit City Adventures, where we design unforgettable wellness and team-building experiences for organizations across the U.S.From outdoor adventures to mindfulness experiences, our goal is simple: help teams move, connect, and create moments they’ll remember long after the event ends.For me, it has always been about the same thing — helping people build confidence, strengthen relationships, and perform at their best.
