I direct efficient operations of ~3,363 stores across five distribution centers. These centers span Windsor, Wisconsin; Moreno Valley, California; Woodland, California; Waxahachie, Texas; and Houston, Texas. I oversee functionality for front-end self-service and RX products. To accomplish this, we conduct thorough research to promptly address any issues and ensure first-class customer experience. I foster a culture of accountability, synergy, and improvement, continually enhancing performance of all five distribution centers (DCs) while managing three direct and ~20 indirect reports.Selected Accomplishments: Expanded the Walgreens’ Western Region presence from 1,400 to ~3,363 stores – I reorganized accountabilities and cross-training to streamline issue tracking, save time, and boost operational efficiencies. Prepared a direct report to take on a future distribution center supervisor role – I coached her, assigned extra tasks, and conducted mock interviews to reinforce her leadership skills, resulting in her being sought after by management and peers for her expertise. Guided a team that won the Big Heart Award – I drove food fundraisers, silent auctions, and The Silver Giving Tree program in partnership with Bristol Hospice.
