ABOUT KEI OSCAR SAIDO
Born and raised in New York, Kei moved with his family to Japan when he was 12, and lived in Chiba and Tokyo for 16 years before coming back to live in Los Angeles in 2019.During his time in Japan, Kei started his career in the video production industry at flag Co, Ltd, the Japanese parent company of his current employer, Flag Pictures, Inc.He directed and edited various types of video content including product launch videos, explainer videos, and social media videos.Kei then moved on to a startup company and helped launch a \"shoppable entertainment\" streaming company called LIVE STA.There he was in charge of content planning, production, and marketing data analysis.Kei currently utilizes his cultural understanding drawn from his experience of living and working in both the US and Japan to support US based companies expand into the Japanese market, and Japanese companies expand to the US market.His focus is on cross cultural online marketing, creating go-to-market strategies, and producing visual content.The ultimate goal is to minimize the friction companies experience when expanding to the other region, and bring both markets closer to each other.I\'m always happy to connect with new people, so please feel free to shoot me a message or a connection request!My message is always open!
