As the Quality & Compliance Manager for an IT company that supports NHS Contracts and Future education, my duties included: I pride myself on ensuring the company passes all Audits with no findings (NC/ OFI) from awarding bodies such as - ISO\'s 9001, 27001:2022, 14001, / Juniper - Partner Elite Plus / Cisco - Gold Partner, and a number of Cisco specialisations SD-WAN / Cloud Computing / Campus Access and more / and Cyber Essentials. My duties also include: Planning, implementing and reviewing all management systems as well as completing internal audits for Block. Conducting Management Reviews to ensure all management systems to be functioning and working professionally. I ensure the continuous planning, implementing and reviewing of BCMS Testing, improvement management, risk management, health & safety management, information security management, GDPR and more.
