Develop and execute a 10-month program to support 70 highly achieving underrepresented seniors across Essex County in the college admissions process via group and individual coaching. • Provide financial aid resources for the FAFSA, CSS Profile and financial verification to assist Scholars secure strong financial aid packages.• Nurture relationships with college representatives to build stronger pathways into highly selective institutions for Scholars, improving graduation rates and career prospects for low-income and first-generation students. • Lead recruitment and selection strategy, increasing the pipeline to more than 400 applicants across 30 high schools in Essex County by enhancing the application on Survey Monkey Apply, developing and facilitating recruitment presentations, and conducting interviews and evaluations.• Manage partnerships with organizations to aid Scholars in strengthening their applications through college essay coaching and test prep courses.• Collaborate with College Partners to develop and implement a 3-week residential summer College Prep Academy for High School Scholars by serving as a residential liaison, managing program logistics, and facilitating workshops.• Utilize Excel and Salesforce to track and analyze Scholar data against benchmarks to measure effectiveness of pre-college programming.
