I am a currently a Finance student at Western Michigan University focused on real estate investment and underwriting. My interest lies in evaluating income-producing assets through detailed analysis.I am developing my technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting to asses investment viability. My goal is to build disciplined investment judgment using both quantitative analysis and practical business operations.Along with my academic goals, I serve as an Assistant General Manger overseeing labor planning, cost control, and operations. Helping to mange budgets and team performance in a high volume environment has strengthened my understanding of margin discipline, efficiency, and how financial decisions translate into business results.I am currently seeking internship opportunities in real estate investment, acquisitions, underwriting, or related capital focused roles where I can apply analytical skills and continue to develop as an investment professional.
