My role as a real estate intern with The K Team at Samson Properties allows me to gain hands-on experience while immersing myself in the team’s culture, professionalism, and operations.In addition to transaction experience, I have the opportunity to work as a transaction coordinator, runner, and assistant for non-commission deals, as well as serving as a showing agent for the team on a per-showing. I also gain valuable insights by shadowing experienced agents in listing and buyer consultations, open houses, new construction tours, walk-throughs, and home inspections.This mentorship is designed to prepare me for long-term success in real estate by providing the skills, knowledge, and connections necessary to thrive in the Northern Virginia market.
