About Keir Adams
I am a PhD student in Chemical Engineering (ChemE) and Computational Science and Engineering (CSE) at MIT, advised by Prof. Connor W. Coley. My thesis research uses geometric representation learning to creatively model aspects of 3D molecular structure which are broadly relevant to applications across drug discovery and chemical design. I particularly enjoy studying chirality, shape, symmetry, sterics, and molecular interactions, and ruminating about new approaches to molecular design via deep generative modeling.
