In my current role I provide technical support to the sales team during the acquisition phase. The support ranges from discussions to understand customer requirements, presenting our engineering skills and experience, negotiating which workpackages shall be performed to outlining and calculating projects. From this point onwards I will lead the projects, mostly consisting of teams accross various affiliates. Project vary from small studies at vehicle level down to powertrain component level as well as large Powertrain SOP development projecst. Along the above tasks I provide training session for our sales representative regarding Electric & Hybrid powertrain development.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n

Throughout my functions in the past, the key skill that I developed can be best described as a facilitator. I close bridges between people and departments and can connect sources with needs from people and assure they can move forward in their task. With my background in both electrical as well as mechanical engineering I appreciate both parties views and combine their thoughts to achieve a common solution. Throughout my time at AVL Schrick I have progressed more into Akquisition and Business Development trying to expand our business by thinking out of the box.
