One of the projects got me a Distinguished Invention award- Drove new technology deployment through strategic vendor collaboration, overseeing hardware qualification and upgrades, supplier quality validation, process control optimization, and adherence to product reliability standards- Led development and characterization of novel dielectric films aligned with next-generation microprocessor technology needs- Implemented advanced CVD process innovations to improve yield and ensure stable, repeatable tool performance across the manufacturing fleet through HVM- Executed end-to-end ALD and CVD thin-film process lifecycles across 14nm, 10nm, and 7nm technology nodes, enabling roadmap transitions from R&D to HVM with best-in-class safety, quality, and yield. Advanced innovation through SPC/DOE optimization, supplier co-development, and technical mentoring, earning multiple Intel awards for operational excellence and continuous improvement- Served as the primary interface with suppliers and contractors, ensuring robust equipment performance and effective issue resolution.
