Leadership That Works (LTW) provides coaching training for individuals who are rooted in social change and building relationship from the heart, a sense of equity, and an awareness of the impact culture, power, privilege and the structures of racism. LTW\'s Coaching for Transformation program certifies individuals as coaches through its international distance learning and in-person classes. It\'s Coaching for Community Transformation program helps communities build leaders and stronger organizations, while strengthening connections within the community. I am thrilled to teach for both programs, as well as mentor LTW students.
