Rugby has shaped the way I work and lead. As a team captain, I’ve learned how to bring people together, understand what drives them, and support them through both challenges and successes. Giving up is never an option, and clear, confident leadership is key.Beyond the game, I enjoy working with teams and getting to know what motivates each person. I’ve learned that everyone is different, and the best way to inspire people is to connect with them on an individual level. This mindset carries over into my professional life, where building strong relationships is at the core of what I do.From a young age, rugby taught me how to navigate group dynamics, build trust, and align different personalities toward a shared goal. Understanding what drives people—whether teammates or business leaders—has become second nature. This ability allows me to dig deep into my customers’ businesses, uncover what truly matters to them, and recognize their challenges.Success comes not just from understanding these challenges but from providing value-based solutions that make a real impact. Whether on the field or in business, I thrive in environments where strategy, adaptability, and collaboration drive meaningful results.
