About Keerthi Vishnudas
Keerthi Vishnudas is the Co-founder and Chief Business Officer at SmartAlpha. SmartAlpha is working towards an AI co-pilot that transforms complex ultrasound imaging into guided, repeatable workflows. With an initial focus on musculoskeletal use cases, our first FDA-cleared product NerveBlox is commercially available and is used to guide 12 different nerve blocks for pain management in the peri-operative surgical setting. Most recently in the Strategy and Business Development team at GE Healthcare, Keerthi led digital health/AI partnerships with startups in the Ultrasound ecosystem. Keerthi\'s experience ranges from leading RnD, H/W-S/W product management to commercialization of medtech [complex medical imaging / image guided therapy/imaging AI] at Varian (now Siemens Healthineers), ViewRay, Elekta and GE Healthcare. Keerthi’s research career at UCSF, Ohio State and the University of Aberdeen, Scotland focused on (1) design and development of electromagnetic devices that constitute an MRI system to enable free radical imaging of cancer (2) application of high magnetic field NMR in & hl=en).
