I lead the Project Management function at FABEX, managing large-scale Pre-Engineered Building projects across India.Over the years, I have been deeply involved in the end-to-end execution of industrial buildings, warehouses, logistics parks, and manufacturing facilities — from planning and resource mobilisation to erection, quality control, and final handover. I strongly believe that successful PEB projects are not built on drawings alone, but on execution discipline, safety culture, and speed with accountability. My focus has always been on maintaining control at site, improving productivity, and delivering projects without compromising on quality or safety.
