Build and maintain productive working relationships with multiple individuals, including Leadership, Stakeholders, Hiring managers, HR partners, and TA Operations.\\\\n- Foster partnerships with stakeholders designing Hiring Plans & building Hiring strategies that yield in order to build TA function credibility.\\\\n- Communicate and educate clients & Leadership on the staffing policies and processes for internal mobility\\\\n- Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive our Operations team forward.\\\\n- Deliver services and drive operational efficiency at the defined SLAs/KPIs such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS) and system accuracy, Identify service delivery and process improvement opportunities in the assigned process.\\\\n- Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure transactions are resolved efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legal, company & process requirements.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
