I have a strong interest in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support better business decisions.During my training and work experience, I’ve been involved in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, as well as creating dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. I’ve worked on tracking trainee performance and tool development metrics, ensuring data accuracy and clear reporting.Alongside analytics, I currently support business operations through chat support, where I apply problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to resolve customer queries efficiently.I’m actively seeking opportunities to grow as a Data Analyst, where I can apply my analytical skills, visualization expertise, and continuous learning mindset in a data-driven environment.
